Counties covered

A club belongs to this council when it meets in one of these 5 counties.

We did not draw this boundary. For most states we have adopted the regions already in use by the state’s own emergency management or public safety agency — the districts, areas or troops recognized by state EMA or DPS officials — so a club’s council lines up with the officials, served agencies and neighboring clubs it would work with in a real event. This council follows MDEM Upper Shore Region.

Council representative

This council does not have a representative yet. It is a volunteer role: you keep the clubs here in touch with each other and with NARA.
